Payment

A deposit of 25% is payable on booking unless the holiday will commence within eight weeks of the date of the booking ,then the full amount will be due. If a deposit as been paid the balance will be due eight weeks before commencement of your holiday. A booking is only confirmed on the receipt of the deposit.

Insurance

It is advisable to take out holiday insurance as the full cost of your holiday.

Cancellations

In the event of the hirer cancelling a holiday more than 12 weeks before the commence date the hirer will not not be held liable to pay the balance of the hire . If the holiday is then re-let the deposit will be refunded less a £25 administration charge. If we succeed in re-letting only in part you will receive only a pro rata reimbursement of your deposit less £25 administration charge. If the holiday is not re-let the deposit will not be re-funded.

Any cancelations made by you less than 12 weeks before commence date shal be in writing and addressed to us at the above address . We will seek to re-let the property and upon re-letting will refund the value of the re-let week/ s that we receive up to a maximum of the total value originally paid by you less an administration charge of £25 per booking . If we succeed in re-letting only impart you will receive only a pro rata reimbursement of your origanal payment less the £25 administration charge. If we are unable to re-let the property for the period booked all monies paid by you will be retained by us.

Discounts

A discount of 5% may be allowed to applicants who wish to re-book a property they have rented during the previous eighteen month.

Method of Payment

Payments may be made by cheque or postal orders and should be made payable to JM North , electronic transfer is acceptable please ask at time of booking.

Tenant’s Obligations

  1. To pay for any losses or damages to the property , caused by the tenant or a member of there party (reasonable wear and tear excluded unless the cost of making good such loss or damage can be fully recovered under insurance.
  2. To take good care of the property and leave it in a clean and tidy at the end of the tenancy.
  3. To permit the owner’s reasonable access to the property.
  4. Not to part with possession of the property , or share it, except with members of the party shown on the booking form or details shown on our web-site.
  5. Not to exceed the total number of people stipulated in the property descriptions.
  6. Not to cause annoyance or become a nuisance to the occupants of adjoining properties or within the rest of the holiday village.
  7. No Smoking.
  8. No pets.
  9. Booking of the holiday confirms the hirer’s acceptance of these terms and conditions.
  10. Holiday starts at 3:00pm on your first day and end at 10:pm on the morning following your last night.
  11. We herby formally disclaim any liability for any losses or injury sustained by guest or there property except for liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence and any other loss or liability which cannot be excluded by law.
